I, Roopesh Rai Sikand (Writer/Director) have been constantly working in the direction of creating benchmarks in the Film Fraternity across the Nation through my excellent skills & innovative ideas those I have developed over the years in the field of Film and Video Direction. I am born and bought up in Delhi (India). Graduated from Delhi University and belong to a well cultured family. My brought up remained mostly under the guidance of my father and because my roots are so well grounded that I can never imagine breaching his discipline guidelines. I have achieved various milestones of my career through constant dedication and hard work and the in-born spirit which drives me through my ups and downs of life. I have my offices in two metropolitan cities - Mumbai & Delhi, from several years. I have recently lanuched my debut punjabi film CANADA DI FLIGHT with Ace artists,featuring Yuvraj Hans & Navraj Hans, sons of the legendry punjabi singer Hans Raj Hans. As of now, I am working on my new bollywood movie GANG OF SHER ALI. I enjoyed every single moment of my professional voyage by cruising through the highway of success as I believe that it is the most rewarding and satisfying feeling one can experience after giving one's best shot to whatever comes one's way.

I had always been passionate and adamant to pursue Film making as my profession. Started working towards it from the age of 19 and by the time I was 22, was blessed with 3 Honors. These achievements enhanced my confidence to move ahead with my chosen profession, and from that tender age, I dreamt of becoming the most successful Director and by God's blessing I am heading towards it at a great pace. I am a travel freak and feel privileged to state that I have travelled most of the exotic destinations accross the globe in few years,and loved especially the European ones .I can talk endlessly on the beauty of God’s different creations on Earth.I still have to visit number of least explored places and on a move to discover the unexplored,completely nave ones, for the purpose of my shoots and also to enjoy this hobbie.Eventually, I will travel globally to expand the frame of my thoughts. I feel inspired by my Guru, as well as mentor Sai baba and solace on his doorsteps whenever I feel lonely or stressed and even when I am seeking creative guidance for valuable inputs to my projects.
